Burleigh County auditor and finance director feud over investments, alleged missteps

Burleigh County investments underperformed benchmark market rates due in part to mismanagement by the Auditor/Treasurer's Office, causing the county to miss out on hundreds of thousands of dollars, according to a recent report from County Finance Director Leigh Jacobs.
